About Our Products
We recommend using a rug pad or liner (sold separately) to prevent slipping and color transfer.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
RUGS:
Shake briskly to clean or spot clean - Dry Completely before use - Due to variations in hand-dyeing and the nature of the dyes used, colors may transfer - Use of a rug pad is recommended to avoid transfer of color and prevent slipping - Fails U.S. Dept of Commerce Standard FF2-70. Should not be used near source of ignition. 
CHINDI RUGS:
Due to the manufacturing process, each Chindi rug is unique with slight variations in color and size. 
DOORMATS:
Shake briskly to clean - Flammable - Should not be used near sources of ignition - Fails US Dept of Commerce Standard FF 2-70 - Due to the natural properties of this item, keep mat in covered area to avoid contact with direct weather or water. Staining may occur is placed on damp or wet surface. 
SIZE:
Doormats may vary in size from 17"x29" to 18"x30".
Do you sell directly to consumers?

Welcome Home by DII is wholesale to trade only. All prices listed on the website are wholesale prices. Products on the website are sold in wholesale case quantities.

 

What payment methods are accepted?

How do I view/edit/update my contact and / or account information and track my orders?
Simply Login and you will be taken to MY ACCOUNT page where you can edit all of your information:

1. Update Contact information: change your email address and password
2. Edit your address book
3. Review and Edit my Wish Lists
4. Review and track orders and order status

 

How do I become a retailer?

You can create an online wholesale account and begin shopping right away here.

 

What is your minimum order value?

Online orders require a $300 minimum.  

 

How do I get a catalog?
Our full product line is viewable online. If you would like to request a physical copy, please contact us.



Can I order online?
Yes, you can order online! If you are an existing Welcome Home by DII online customer, simply LOGIN. If you are a new customer, you will need to REGISTER with us. If you had an account on the old DII website, you will need to REGISTER on the new site.

 
Do you ship internationally? 
Currently, we only offer shipping in the United States.

 


What is Welcome Home by DII's minimum order value?
$300 minimum opening order.  Items are sold in wholesale quantities.


What are your freight policies and terms and conditions?
Freight ships FOB Kent, WA (suburb of Seattle). The cost of freight is added to your invoice. Please click HERE to view our terms and conditions.

When will my order be available to ship?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for deliveries.

How do I find out who my rep is?

How do I apply for Terms?
To apply for NET 30 terms, a completed, signed, DII credit application and 3 credit references must be provided. Please allow 2 weeks for initial credit review and processing on new NET 30 accounts. To apply for terms, please email CONTACT US.

What is your return policy?
Welcome Home by DII will authorize the return of missing or factory defective merchandise for full credit. A request for return authorization must be made within thirty days of receipt of merchandise. All return goods must be in standard pack quantities, and in the original cartons. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the customer's credit, and all freight charges will be paid by the customer. Please review your order immediately upon receipt- no credits or claims will be accepted after 30 days.

Return Authorization: A return authorization number must be issued by our Sales Department before merchandise is returned. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. Please visit our RETURNS PAGE to complete a returns claim form.

Welcome Home by DII will not accept returns for the following:

  • Any custom merchandise including custom designs, packaging and labeling.
  • Damage caused by customer’s handling and/or storage.
  • Shop worn merchandise or merchandise altered from its original condition.
  • Undisputed amount of invoice is still due within invoice terms.
  • Claims for lost shipments, or damage caused by freight carrier should be filed with the freight carrier directly.
